The architect Shigeru Ban is the clearest example of sustainable architecture and eco brilliantly uses recyclable materials and traditionally forgotten as paper, cardboard and bamboo to create structures that are held in place thanks to the surprising strength of recycled paper tubes. We can see in his magnificent work of the flag of Japan. His latest work is a paper bridge over the river Gardón located in the southeast of France, made with a base structure of 281 paper tubes that can support the weight of up to 20 people at a time. Since we can not see, it was dismantled in September to prevent the water from the rain deteriorate.

GREEN CHIMNEYS (CON bioalcohol)

Posted by 19biS.com on Dec 23 2007 | New Tendencies

ORGANIC FIRE

New alternative fuel, designed to heat the house without heating, without having to sacrifice trees for wood. It is a biochimenea that you can install anywhere in your house, not a simulated fire electrically. It is a fuel called bio-alcohol, non-polluting, no mess and no smoke. I find it very interesting, now we have to see how it works.

ORGANIC DESIGNS MADE WITH SUGAR AND ARTICLES

Posted by 19biS.com on Dec 16 2007 | Eco-Design

lamp made with sugar

Sugar not only serves to make Christmas cakes. Making a plastic cup involves a process that lasts six months, use 10 minutes and then stays for 200 years without degradation. This evidence is working on the ecology-conscious designers. One of the most original, practical and well presented is that of Emiliano Godoy . This young Mexican designer has combined the popular practice of making candy, with the scientific research process, to result in marketable beautiful objects with the least impact to the environment (candle holders, lamps, golf tees, targets clay pigeon shooting, hangers ...). Multi-colored objects are composite materials made with sugar, completely disposable because they dissolve in water, does not melt in the heat or become sticky and very importantly, does not attract insects. Your website does not have waste ;-) , And where I go: http://www.godoylab.com

WASTE OF ENERGY WITH APPLES

Posted by 19biS.com on Dec 08 2007 | Eco-News

store electrical energy from apple pomace

Pantentan researchers a way of storing electricity from apple pulp from the cider and juices. The main advantage of the new system compared to existing ones is its limited capacity to pollute, derived from that in their preparation is not using harsh chemicals. Environmental benefits saving money, since it would enable reuse waste, apple pulp industries generating cider and juices. The producers of this waste would save the cost of deleting it, and the companies producing the activated carbon obtained in exchange for raw materials easily and inexpensively. (Source lne.es )

PROFESSIONAL AND RENEWABLE ORGANIC MATERIAL. "Enea"

Posted by 19biS.com on Dec 06 2007 | Natural Decoration

I am interested in the latest materials used in eco-design today, providing addresses of experimental eco-designers who are working with great result.

We always think of new things out of our country are the best, forgetting our traditions. In countries that are supposedly more advanced than about us use their surrounding materials. We should apply the same concept "Using closer". We must have information about the traditions that surround us, of all current and innovative and knowledge combined.

Today I want to introduce the first all natural material on the blog. Forgotten years ago and used traditionally for centuries by our ancestors, (the lifetime) the " ENEA . My proposal is to study this material and apply it to modern design furnishings and decorations.
