Fernando and Humberto Campana. REUSE AND RECYCLING. BASED ON WORK SHORTAGE

Posted by 19biS.com on Mar 23 2008 | Eco-Design

stage design and costumes for the Ballet National de Marseille

I like the honesty that the Campana brothers have shown, in his last interview I read about them. They do not want Eco-label designers, their work is based on scarcity. They have created innovative solutions by exploring the existing materials, but in no time his works were born to be looking for organic objects. Decided to work with materials they had on hand, available in any store because it was easier and cheaper for them.
All those decisions him by the Eco-design and now they have adopted as its mission. His latest work is set design and costumes for the Ballet National de Marseille , which opened in Luxembourg on 14 December. (Source: magazine "Spooter).
We are eager to see their new products in collaboration with Edra presented at the next fair in Milan. Continue Reading »
