The project aims to raise awareness of aluminum in everyday life, its applications and the quality of the material. 1800 RECYCLING BOTTLES TO MAKE A LAMP

Talent   Stuart Haygarth lies in converting waste to create amazing lighting designs. As a designer, his work is part of a growing movement in designing this "ECO-DESIGN", which is to recover and reuse unserviceable and obsolete items to return is give them a second life.

In the design of the lamp Drop (drop-shaped blue), cut the base of approximately 1800 bottles (from Stansted airport, London) and placed in a cement mixer with sand and water. This slightly changed the appearance of the plastic creating a medium texture sanded polished half made of plastic look like frosted glass. Reaching a magnificent result.

RECYCLING AND SECOND LIFE FOR WALLPAPERS

The Dutchman designer Inke Heiland, recycles and turns has given a second life to the wallpapers used years ago (60 or 70, characterized by retro designs), beautiful hand-made silhouettes of animals and elements of nature: elephants, giraffes , crocodiles, leaves, trees and so on.
All are different, due to irregularities in printing and unforgiving years, creating original exclusive designs.
