La torre de 54 pisos, pretende sobresalir del cielo de torres de cristal de Nueva York incorporando una serie de \u201cjardines en el cielo\u201d en diferentes partes del edificio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/19bis.com\/objectbis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/edificio-verde2.jpg\" title=\"TORRE CON JARDINES EN NUEVA YORK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/19bis.com\/objectbis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/edificio-verde2.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"TORRE CON JARDINES EN NUEVA YORK\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0La primera propuesta muestra un edificio en forma de tubo, una gran cortina de cristal con cortes entorno a los espacios verdes, los cuales permiten ver las terrazas y jardines. <!--more-->Los cortes ser\u00e1n la fuente de entrada de la\u00a0 luz natural para los espacios interiores y los jardines, que se encuentran abiertos al exterior.\u00a0Los jardines en terrazas se est\u00e1n volviendo muy populares como un medio para que las personas tengan una conexi\u00f3n\u00a0con el\u00a0aire libre y fresco, e incluso un lugar para cultivar sus propios alimentos. Se ha restado superficie de viviendas para crear estos espacios, que se agrupan en balcones escalonados.
